Job Description:
- Propose sales plans and growth targets in line with market developments.
- Define and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain a positive company image and customer service standards.
- Continuously improve departmental management systems and provide input for company-wide management improvements.
- Ensure effective coordination within the marketing department and with other departments across the company.
- Lead and manage a marketing team of 5 members.
- Focus on Area 1 (with future scope to expand to Area 2).
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on marketing performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Electro Engineering background preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience as Senior Supervisor OR at least 3 years as Assistant Manager in Marketing or Account Executive.
- Previous experience in an electrical company is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and propose effective strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong service-oriented mindset
